'Kimia' - The Company's current key commerical focus:

On the 30th April 2009 the Company announced its appointment as a non-exclusive distributor for the UK territory for the luxury spa skincare brand "Kimia". The distribution agreement is for a three year period, covering the entire "Kimia" range of products for distribution in the United Kingdom.

Kimia's 100 per cent natural skin care range was launched into the UK market in 2007 and a commercial presence has been created.

The Company has been funded by two convertible loan notes of £70,000 and £50,000 at rates of 3% & 2% per month respectively. Conversion terms are 0.01p and 14,000,000 shares of the second convertible have been exercised. The Company has also received £25,000 of Kimia product for shares.

The Kimia range has been developed specifically to offer natural, results based, sustainable skincare and spa treatment solutions. It uses a blend of 100 per cent. natural, high quality plant oils extracted using a unique process developed following years of dedicated research. The range consists of four targeted treatment products, sold into many luxury retail outlets, spas and salons, including Fenwicks, the Radisson Edwardian Mayfair and Canary Wharf spas, Redworth Hall Hotel and spa and the newly refurbished Kilronan Castle Hotel and spa in Ireland.

Kimia is focused on developing its UK sales and, from May 2009, Kimia has been stocked in Balance the Clinic, a high end treatment salon in Chelsea. The owner Caroline Hadfield has previously been responsible for setting up Sephora's cosmetics business in the US and is well connected to Sephora's current CEO.

The Company comments that ?in an arena dominated by `celebrity culture' Kimia is fortunate to have secured a loyal band of celebrity followers, including Paula Hamilton, Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham and Gerri Halliwell. Kimia is also used regularly by celebrity make-up artist, and close friend of Victoria Beckham, Maria-Louise Featherstone.?

Kimia recently received considerable public accolade with two products, the Facial Rejuvenating System and Neck & Décolleté Serum, being featured in one of the foremost beauty publications the Green Beauty Bible. The Green Beauty Bible is considered the `ultimate guide to being naturally gorgeous,' and featured products are chosen from only the best products on the market by a totally independent panel consisting of 1000's of everyday consumers. The Beauty Bible ranked the Facial Rejuvenating System as the No1 in the UK and the number two product in the world. They also ranked the Neck & Décolleté serum as the second best neck product in the world.

The key to the Company's success lies in not only maximising sales of Kimia, it will need to seek other quality products as it builds its portfolio. To do this it will require further funding.
